
Darlene Pinkernell-Tarnoski is the Director of Supervised Visitations Training and an experienced Professional Mediator, Paralegal, Monitor, Published Author, and Educator. For decades, she has worked with families, professionals, and court-connected systems, providing guidance grounded in integrity, structure, and ethical practice.
With over 30 years of experience spanning mediation, supervised visitation, small business development, and professional training, Darlene brings a real-world, practice-based approach to education. She is a member of the American Bar Association and has dedicated much of her professional life to supporting families navigating high-conflict situations, custody matters, and court-ordered services.
As an educator, Darlene provides comprehensive training in Supervised Visitation and 40-Hour Basic Mediation, emphasizing professionalism, accountability, and adherence to applicable standards. Her programs are known for their depth, structure, and direct access to instructor oversight—reflecting her belief that meaningful training requires both knowledge and guidance.
Beyond training, Darlene has founded and operated multiple successful businesses in Southern California and currently serves as a Private Mediator and Supervised Visitation Monitor. She is also the Director of MediationTrainingCenter.com and Affordable-Mediation.com, where she continues to empower professionals seeking to build ethical, sustainable practices.
Darlene’s work is rooted in a strong commitment to children’s safety and family well-being. She has collaborated with law enforcement agencies in advocacy efforts related to child protection and has served in leadership roles within community and professional organizations.
